Customs Plus sets the standard for cost effective customs brokering through our wholesale membership programs. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for selling our customs brokerage services by using superior communication and expert industry knowledge. Sales associates will also be responsible for the proactive management of accounts, and for up-selling our other services. 

 

DUTIES

  • Generating leads through market research, which includes obtaining information on prospective companies and their key decision makers. 
  • Preparing sales prospect reports. 
  • Providing formal sales presentations to prospective clients by means of direct selling. 
  • Up-selling our additional services to new and existing clients. 
  • Obtaining referrals from pre-existing clients.
  • Reviewing account information and account statistics.
  • Answering client's questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. 
  • Managing client accounts. 
  • Ensuring that the client renews their membership. 
  • Providing other duties as assigned. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A working vehicle to perform direct selling. 
  • Self-motivated and a creative problem solver.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
